Scott Kelly is an engineer, a retired American astronaut, and a retired U.S. Navy captain. A veteran of four space flights, Kelly commanded the International Space Station on Expeditions 26, 45, and 46. In November 2012, Kelly and a fellow Russian cosmonaut were selected for a year-long mission to the ISS which officially took place from March 2015 to March 2016. During his year in space, Kelly photographed the earth in striking and stunning images.
