Canada Delivery Methods and Carriers
Calendars.com orders to Canada can be sent via Standard Delivery (usually DHL Globalmail Direct) or Express Delivery (UPS Express Saver). Be sure to choose the Province in the "State/Province" field and Canada in the "Country" field. If you have any further questions about Canadian shipping, please contact our Customer Service Team.

Yes. International customers may also be charged a fee by the postal carrier for the service of collecting duties and taxes. Since we ship to most countries, we are unable to estimate the cost of duties and taxes.This varies from country to country. Heavier items, such as calendar frames and gallery calendars will often incur duties and taxes due to the weight of the package. We are unable to issue refunds for orders that are refused by the customer.
- Calendars.com precollects duties and taxes for our Canadian customers. 20 CAD = $16.20
- For orders under $16.20, no duties and taxes are collected.
- For orders that exceed $16.20, but only contain calendars, taxes are collected by Province. No duties collected.
- For orders that exceed $16.20 but contain only gift items (non-calendar items), both duties and taxes will be collected.
- For orders that exceed $16.20 and contain mixed products (both gift and calendar items), duties will be collected on the gift items (non-calendar) only.
Why do I receive an error when I try to track my package with DHL?
Calendars.com uses UPS-Mail Innovations as our shipping consolidator for USPS packages. Tracking information for orders shipped using Standard or Priority shipping typically updates 24 hours after the item has shipped.
Click on the link provided in your shipping confirmation email or the link in your account to track your order. If you have your tracking number, click here. If you attempt to track your package before 24 hours have passed, you may receive an error message indicating your package is not in the system. This does not mean your package has not shipped. Please allow UPS-MI 1 to 2 business days to add your up-to-date tracking information.

Can I go directly to UPS-MI to track my package?
Yes! UPS-MI is our shipping consolidator. They pick your package up from us and deliver it to the United States Postal Service for delivery to you.

Can I order now and choose a later shipping date?
We are unable to offer scheduled delayed shipping at this time. The only items that we do not expect to ship out within 1 to 2 business days are items on Preorder or Backorder.
Why is there a shipping surcharge for Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories?
For orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories, we charge a flat-rate extended area shipping surcharge of $9.99 due to the cost of shipping to these areas. This extended area shipping surcharge is in addition to any applicable standard, priority or express shipping costs.
